Winemaker Notes Bright, lifted and aromatic, with raspberry and choc mint characters. Full flavored and elegant, with dark fruit flavors of plum and blackberry, complemented by dark chocolate, licorice and white pepper spice. Pairs well with Bistecca alla Fiorentina cooked over charcoal.
