The Vilarnau Brut Reserva Rosé Delicat Organic is a pale rosé cava, very intense and with a great aromatic complexity. In the nose, it offers the characteristic aromas of a delicate rosé cava. It shows the subtlety of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries. On the palate it is soft, very creamy, fresh and elegant.
This is very fresh and fruity cava that should be served at 6 – 8oC and we therefore recommend serving it as an aperitif or to accompany pasta dishes, pizza, paella and fideuá.
