Regnard 2023 Bourgogne Pinot Noir 750ml
Overview
Régnard, one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Chablis, was founded by Zéphir Régnard in 1860. In 1984, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette purchased Régnard and has perpetuated the style and tradition of the wines. Respectful of tradition, Régnard continues to offer a complete range of Chablis wines, including Grands Crus, Premiers Crus, Chablis and Petit Chablis.
The Régnard Bourgogne Pinot Noir is produced from a selection of fruit sourced in the Côte de Beaune.
Winemaking
Grapes are harvested by hand. The wine undergoes alcohol then malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. It is then clarified and lightly filtered before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Draped in a ruby-red color, this cuvée unveils a delicately open nose, revealing subtle aromas of black and red fruits such as black cherry and redcurrant. On the palate, it offers remarkable elegance, marked by exquisite freshness and lightness, harmoniously complemented by herbaceous notes.
