$15.97
This vintage of INTRINSIC has a dried herb and violet nose, complemented by aromas of black cherry. The flavors are layered with tones of dried cherries, pomegranate, and cocoa. The texture is rustic, yet silky, with a unique savory and long finish. The raw characteristics of INTRINSIC Cabernet Sauvignon pair nicely with grilled meats such as beef, and pork and seared vegetables.
89 Points Vinous
“The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with mentholated freshness that gives way to grilled herbs and hints of black currant. This flows across the palate with ease, silky yet sincere, with crisp black fruits and saline minerality that adds unexpected depth. It tapers off a bit shorter than anticipated but still satisfies, leaving a bitter blackberry tinge.” (Eric Guido)
