AROMA
Warm baking spices and golden honey lead the way, followed by rich dried fruits, cinnamon, and just a touch of pepper. Bold yet inviting—like the first crackle of a fire on a crisp evening.
TASTE
A perfect harmony of spice and sweetness. The high-rye mash bill brings classic peppery heat, smoothed out by rich notes of raisin, fig, and dark caramel from the Oloroso and PX Sherry casks. The Amburana wood finish adds a warm, nutty spice that lingers with every sip.
FINISH
A bold, well-rounded farewell—spiced oak and dried fruit ease into a smooth, honeyed warmth. Complex, balanced, and always leaving you ready for the next sip.
PROOF
At 100 proof, it’s got just the right amount of kick—structured, flavorful, and endlessly sippable. Whether neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail, this rye is made for those who appreciate a whiskey with character and a story to tell.
