Selected distillates produced on the distillation column are aged in selected oak barrels with a volume of 500 liters for a period of no less than 24 to 36 months. The product is characterized by a typical, pronounced quince scent with finely balanced vanilla tones as a result of aging in the finest selection of oak barrels. It is characterized by a very harmonious, pleasant taste with a long intensity. Leaves of edible gold flutter in the brandy, in accordance with the quality and reputation of the limited production of Zlatni Pevec.
