The 12-year-old brandy from the “Burgas 63” series combines a bouquet of aromas of fig and acacia with hints of vanilla, acquired from the aging of the wine distillate for twelve years in oak barrels.
Processing process
The wine distillate produced by Muscat Ottonel is aged in transport barrels, where it develops its potential for 12 years, and then transferred to 10-ton lager barrels, where the blend is aged for a minimum of six months to gain balance and harmony.
