If you need to return a product, please contact us before returning the shipment.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) in order to return items.
Items must be returned unopened and in the condition they were shipped in order to be eligible for return.
Once we receive the items, we will reimburse the customer the price of the items and packaging, minus any delivery costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Not all items and circumstances are eligible for return. Each order is independently reviewed and evaluated based on the reason for return.
